Juices

The basis of the AZNAR Factory product line is pomegranate juice, which by a combination of gustative, nutritious and health-giving qualities have no natural analogues. So, for example, pomegranate juice contains more antioxidants, than any other drink, let it be red wine or non-fermented tea, blueberry or bog-berry juice.

Pomegranates used for manufacturing of juice by “AZNAR” CJSC: clarified, non-clarified, concentrate are grown at the immediate vicinity of the enterprise on the ecologically favorable and clean area of Goychay region of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Grown selective special sorts of Azerbaijan are selected for manufacturing of juice: “Guloysha”, “Bala Mursal”, “Nazik gabig”, “Shah nar”, “Girmizi gabig” and etc.

The principal specifications of fruit are high composition of carbohydrates (sugar), organic acids and polyphenol. Along with them the pomegranate includes high percentage of thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (B) and P substances – vitamin activity, 15 different amino acids, as well as 6 irreplaceable substances (methionine, lysine, valine, leucine and etc.)

Pomegranates are good sources of physiologically active substances – anthocyanins (polyphenol) giving red color to the pomegranate juice.

Our aim is to protect maximum nutritive value of fruits during manufacturing of juice and to deliver them to the consumer in the clarified and non-clarified form.

Natural pomegranate juice of the direct extraction of the non-clarified, pasteurized.

Natural pomegranate juice (100%)

  • Carbohydrates content (natural): from 14 to 16%.
  • Organic acids content: from 1.8 to 2.4%, pH: 3-3.2.
  • Due to a moderate processing mode the juice possesses all organoleptic properties (taste, colour, odour, consistence) of fresh juice and conserves all natural biochemical elements of pomegranate fruits.
  • Juice is offered in 1.0 l; 0.75 l, and 0.25 l bottles.

Pure Pomegranate Grapes Juice

  • Produced of best kinds of Azerbaijan pomegranates and grapes
  • Color: dark red
  • Dry solids: Brix 16-17% Acidity 1,5-1,6
  • Key difference is specific flavor and refreshing taste
  • Bottled in glass bottles of 0, 25 l, 0, 75 l.

Pure Apple Grapes Juice

  • Produced of best kinds of Azerbaijan apples and grapes
  • Color: yellow
  • Dry solids: Brix 16-18% Acidity 1,2-1,3
  • Key difference is specific flavor and refreshing taste
  • Bottled in glass bottles of 0, 25 l, 0, 75 l.

Natural apple juice (100 %)

  • Produced of best kinds of Azerbaijan apples.
  • Key difference is the strong distinctive fragrance and sweet
  • agreeable refreshing taste.
  • Color: Light - yellow.
  • Bottled in glass bottles of 0,75 l. and 0,25 l.
   

Concentrated pomegranate juice

  • Natural pomegranate juice condensed in evaporating vacuum pans of «ascending film» type (up to 65% of dry matters).
  • Due to a short-term steaming out at high vacuum at rather low temperatures (70-85°C), the concentrated juice maintains its natural and initial biochemical properties.
  • To restore the natural juice properties: 1 part of concentrate is diluted with 4-4.5 parts of normal drinking water.
  • Juice is distributed aseptically in 220 l multilayered polymeric foil Aseptic Bags (net weight 285 kg) laid in metal container bags.
  • Containers are stored in refrigerating chambers at (-18°C) for the purpose of conservation of natural properties of pomegranate juice.


Characteristic of grape juice

Grape juice is one of the most important valuable components of food and dietary attitude. Principal sugar of grape juice – glucose and fructose is digested by the organism directly. Malic acid and tartaric acid stipulates diuretic features of the juice.

Besides, biological active substances and vitamins are very valuable in grape juice.

Grape juice may be made of all sorts of juice, but however it is useful to use the sorts Shardone, Pino, Aligotte, Regent, Danko for this purpose.

The sorts with red and black berries (Pino) are used for getting colored juice and the sorts of grape with white berries (Shardone) are used for getting white juice.

Mass fraction of dry substances upon the refractometer is 19,5-20% , and acidity is 0,5-1 %.

Grape juice is the source of carbohydrates in nourishment of people. 1dm\cub juice contains 160-220 g mono and disaccharides. Organic acids are generally present in tartaric acid. Besides, grape juice contains malic, succinic, glycolic acid and the other acids in small quantities.

From microelements the grape juice contains potassium salts in big quantities and N8,Ca, Mg in small quantities. The juice contains ascorbic acid in small quantities.
